Fabrication Process

We started this project by making a careful study of existing NYC charging stations around Brooklyn.

Our 3D modelers then collaborated with one of our engineers to develop a buildable model.

Most parts were CNC-routed prior to assembly and graphic application.

The piece could not be affixed to the ground, necessitating the addition of a large heavy steel ground plate to stabilize the structure in windy conditions.
