Description

The “Military and Police” line of firearms by Smith & Wesson is perhaps the most successful revolver blueprint for revolvers in history. The M&P revolvers, as the name indicates, found unprecedented success in US police departments and various branches of the armed forces. Throughout its lifespan, an estimated 6 million M&P revolvers were manufactured and has since been copied by various manufactures and countries.

The S&W Model 64 revolver, introduced in 1981, is essentially a stainless steel version of the M&P Model 10 revolver, weighing in at 36 ounces. The Model 64 is like most other M&P double-action revolvers consisting of a swing-out cylinder with 6 chambers, an ejector rod, and fixed sights.
