Description

The Grizzly Magnum was developed during the early 1980’s by L.A.R. Manufacturing Inc. off the blueprints invented by Perry Arnett. The Grizzly Magnum is essentially an enlarged variation of the proven Colt M1911 pistol model, using the same short recoil-operated action with tilting barrel and swinging link. The Grizzly pistol was initially designed around the powerful .45 Winchester Magnum round, suitable for users who intend on using the firearm to hunt, however was later created to be a built as a multi-caliber platform. Known for excellent accuracy, a fierce recoil and high production-quality, the Grizzly pistols were offered in different barrel lengths, optional muzzle brakes and/or compensators.
