Description

The Nova pump-action shotgun was developed by Benelli Armi in the late 1990s and is of unique design due to its receiver and stock being made from f single piece of polymer. The Nova was manufactured to fire the most powerful 3 and 3½ inch magnum shotshells while maintaining reliability and easy operation as well as minimizing shooter discomfort. The tubular underbarrel magazine can hold up to four 3-inch shotshells in the standard version however, with a magazine extension installed, it can hold up to six 3-inch shotshells. The Nova is touted as a high quality, light weight and hard-hitting weapon and is being produced in various configurations. This variant is fitted with a pistol grip and is intended for combat situations.
