Marketed as an inexpensive personal defense weapon, the Jennings J-25 is a blowback-operated pistol that was produced by the "Ring of Fire" corporations (Bryco Arms/Jennings Firearms/Jimenez Arms) during the 1980s -1990s. The J-25 fires six-.25 ACP caliber rounds from a short 2.2" long barrel. Branded as a “junk” or “throw away” gun, it is thought to be used primarily by criminals more so than those serious about their personal protection.
